Rights you confirm when you submit
You may only submit material you own or are licensed to publish. That covers the release text, images, logos, video, audio, trademarks, quotations, and any third-party names, brands, or research you reference. Permission to use something privately is not the same as permission to publish and syndicate it, and quoting a person requires their agreement to be quoted.
Editorial review checks whether a release reads as a credible announcement. It is not a rights clearance, and approval by us is not a determination that you hold the rights to what you sent.
Reporting an infringement
Send notices to support@getprboost.com, addressed to the Copyright Agent, UPMAX INC, 44 Bennett Ave, Long Beach, CA 90803, United States. So that we can act rather than write back asking for more, please include: your contact details; identification of the work you say was infringed; the specific URL or release that carries it; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the rights holder, an agent, or the law; a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them, made under penalty of perjury; and your physical or electronic signature.
We review notices promptly and may remove or disable the material while we do. A copy of the notice, including your contact details, is normally passed to the customer who submitted the material, because they are entitled to know who objected and to respond.
If your material was removed
If you believe your release was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address, identifying the removed material and where it appeared, stating under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed in error, and providing your contact details and signature. We may restore the material after a statutory waiting period unless the original complainant tells us they have filed a court action.
Repeat infringers
Accounts and organizations that repeatedly submit infringing material will be suspended or terminated, and pending orders may be cancelled. This applies to the submitting agency as well as the end client on whose behalf a release was ordered.
What removal can and cannot reach
We can remove material from your GetPRBoost newsroom, withdraw a release from our own systems, and ask a distribution partner to withdraw it from theirs. We cannot compel independent publishers, aggregators, search engines, archives, or caches to remove or forget a copy they received, and syndicated copies frequently outlive the original. Reporting an infringement early materially improves what can be reached.
Trademark and other complaints
Trademark, defamation, privacy, right-of-publicity, and impersonation complaints are handled under the same contact and the Acceptable Use Policy. Describe the specific claim and the release involved so it reaches the right reviewer. Notices sent to support@getprboost.com are read by people, not filtered into an automated queue.
